Public Records Requests
How to request Town records under Arizona public records law.
Making A Request
Most Town records are public. Submit a request in writing to the Town Clerk describing the records you want as specifically as you can — a date range and a subject are usually enough. There is no fee to inspect records; copies are charged at cost.
Response Times
The Clerk acknowledges requests within two business days and produces records promptly. Large or complex requests are produced on a rolling basis, and you will be told the schedule up front.
